The "LGD-800" is a gap/step/curvature R measuring device that contributes to the efficiency of inspection processes for many products, including those in the automotive industry, home appliances, and metal resin products. The camera head can rotate 90°, allowing for flexible adaptation to the measurement direction of the workpiece. By lightly pressing the measurement start switch, gaps and steps or radius R are automatically measured and displayed, with the automatic measurement points shown on the profile data, and all data is automatically saved. Additionally, it is equipped with standard 3D measurement software, enabling 3D measurements of arbitrary shapes.
